Who we are. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VibeGen — an iOS app that generates realistic images of you in different styles. “We/Us/Our” means Abhishek Rungta. Contact: [email protected].
By using VibeGen, you agree to these Terms.
VibeGen is not directed to children. Minimum age: 13 in the US and 16 in the EU/UK (or higher where local law requires).
If you use VibeGen on behalf of someone else, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.
You choose a generation type (e.g., age change, gender swap, find twin).
You upload a photo.
Our Firebase backend securely forwards the minimum necessary inputs to Google’s Generative AI to create a realistic image including you.
We do not store your photos or outputs on our servers. Your generation history is kept on your device.
You own the photos you upload and generate, subject to any rights under third-party model or app-store terms.
You grant us a limited, revocable license to process your photos only to operate VibeGen (e.g., transmit to Google for generation and return the result).
You must have the rights and permissions to use every image you upload (including consent of people appearing in the photos).
Do not upload content you don’t have the right to use.
No minors’ images without verifiable parental/guardian consent.
Absolutely no sexualized content involving minors.
No illegal, harmful, or infringing content, including non-consensual deepfakes, nudity, harassment, hate, or anything that violates laws or platform policies.
We may block, disable, or refuse content or access at our discretion.
