VibeGen is an iOS app that lets you create images of in different styles, using your selfie. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using VibeGen, you agree to this Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

What we are (and aren’t) doing

• No account needed. You can use VibeGen without creating an account or sharing contact details.
• Where images are processed. The app sends your selected photo(s) to Google’s Generative AI (Gemini) to produce your output.
• We do not store your photos, prompts, or outputs on our servers.
• Your generated history is saved only on your device, unless you delete it.
• Subscriptions only via Apple. Billing is handled by Apple (StoreKit). We don’t collect or store payment card data.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum necessary to operate VibeGen:

1) Content you choose to provide

Photos you select to generate an image.

These are securely transmitted to our backend only to call Google’s image model and returned to you.

We do not persist your input photos or generated outputs server-side after fulfillment.

2) Subscription & fraud-prevention signals

Apple subscription tokens (e.g., signed transaction data) and the original transaction ID to verify whether you have an active subscription and to enforce daily generation limits.
