Who we are. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Boothie — an iOS app that turns your photos into photobooth-style images. “We/Us/Our” means Keremcan Şeker, a sole proprietorship established in Türkiye. Contact: [email protected].

By using Boothie, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

Boothie is not directed to children. Minimum age: 13 in the US and 16 in the EU/UK (or higher where local law requires). We do not knowingly allow children under these ages to use Boothie, and we will delete data we learn was collected from them.

If you use Boothie on behalf of someone else, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.

2) What Boothie does

Boothie offers two modes:

In AI Photobooth, our Firebase backend forwards the minimum necessary inputs to Google’s AI to create your image. We do not store your photos, prompts, or outputs on our servers. Your generation history is kept on your device.

Images created in AI Photobooth are produced by artificial intelligence and may be marked or disclosed as AI-generated where required by applicable law.

3) Your content & permissions

You own the photos you upload. As between you and us, you are free to use the images you create; however, the legal status of AI-generated outputs varies by country and such outputs may not be protectable by copyright, and we do not warrant that an output is free of third-party rights. Your use of outputs remains subject to third-party model and app-store terms.

You grant us a limited, revocable license to process your photos only to operate Boothie (e.g., transmit to Google for generation in AI Photobooth and return the result).

You must have the rights and permissions to use every image you upload (including the consent of people appearing in the photos).

Do not upload content you don’t have the right to use.

No minors’ images without verifiable parental/guardian consent.

Absolutely no sexualized content involving minors.

No illegal, harmful, or infringing content, including non-consensual deepfakes, nudity, harassment, hate, or anything that violates laws or platform policies.
